Noah ran track in the 8th grade for his Middle School, but the pandemic shut down school literally the week of his first meet. He was always bummed about it, and felt like he had some unfinished business with track. So as his freshmen year of High School came to a close this April, he decided to join the track team (the shortened season only lasted two months this pandemic year).
It was really great to watch him grow, learn, and compete this Spring. He ran the 1600, the 400, and competed in the Long Jump. He made some great friends, improved every single meet - and overall enjoyed the experience. As always, we are proud of him for having the courage to "enter the arena" and try new things.
