Negotiations are officially over. Our jewelry and watches have been removed. It is time for the fighting. Why? Well, presently Noah is finishing up an ear infection, and Avery has two, in each ear respectively. Avery is really struglling, and just screams for much of the night. Dude. It really is challenging to keep up with two little boys, but with little (in my case) to no (in Jessica's case) sleep - it is damn near impossible. We are fighting as hard as we can, but these infections are no joke.Today is a new day though, and we are in it to win it. I feel like we need to post a gameday sign at the bottom of our steps - ya know - something that Jess and I can slap every morning to get us
motivated, and keep our eye on the prize. We need something that encourages us to fight ear infections with everything we have in us. Doesn't Clemson rub the rock? And Maryland rubs the Turtle. Neither of those work very well for our purposes though. Oh, but Notre Dame hits the "Play Like a Champion Today" sign. (Yeah - I realize that they sort of suck right now, and this sign has not worked for them in like 8 years, but who's counting?) That is perfect. We are going to play like champions today kids. Armed with antibiotics, cool mist, rest, and Motrin - we will destroy you. Out of our way! Here come the Champs!
