A couple of weeks ago, upon returning home from our respective schools - the whole family decided it was time for blue popsicles and dancing (notice the blue popsicle residue on Noah's mouth in the image). Obviously, this was a great choice for afternoon folly. Noah, if nothing else, is a dancing machine. To be fair, I think he got this honestly - as I have been known to attempt a rug cutting from time to time. AND, though many of you may not know this - his mother was indeed on the Sun Valley High School Dance Team circa 1993. What's more is that her stint on said dance team followed a successful cheerleading career at Sun Valley Middle School. His aunt, Melissa, who was also on aforementioned Dance Team with Jessica, went on to join the Spartan G's at our alma mater UNCG. Good Times.
As for Noah affection for popsicles, that also seems to fall under the nature over nurture concept - as his mother and I take our popsicles pretty seriously. This summer, Noah got to experience the Ice Cream Man coming down our street for the first time. He had a Flintstones Push-up. He conquered it.
